The underwater hotel is designed to allow anyone the ability to enjoy the tranquility of "Inner Space." It will also serve at times as a unique underwater space training facility. The underwater hotel will include nine  guest suites, a lounge and lots of cool other things!

The hotel will consist of double walled steel cylinders. The cylinder shape will be employed because of its ability to evenly sustain the pressure created by the surrounding water.  Since the structure is cylindrical except at the ends, the interior walls and ceilings will also be cylindrical.  Guest rooms will each be  10' wide by 20' long.  The lounge will each be 10' wide by 40' long.  There will be a central corridor running through the interior steel cylinders which connect the lounge.

All the areas will have surface atmospheric pressure conditions.  Windows will be 8' in diameter and be located at the ends of each of the steel cylinders.  The lounge will each have two windows, 4' by 13' that run the length of the cylinders. The windows will be 4" thick sheets of acrylic.  Ceiling height will be 8 feet at the center of the cylinder.
